Pre-Order Terms
& Shipping

A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is not yet in our warehouse. The First Release is the first production run of GawleyMD products. It is made in France and shipped to our fulfillment center in the United States before it is sent to you.

Pre-orders are available to customers who are at least 18 years old with a shipping address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

Your payment method is charged in full when you place your pre-order. The total includes the product price and applicable sales tax. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout when you order. Prices may be different after the First Release, and we do not adjust the price of an order that has already been placed.

The First Release is expected to ship between November 15 and December 5, 2026, and no later than December 15, 2026.

Orders ship in the order they were received. Your full order ships together when it is ready. You will receive an email with tracking when it leaves our fulfillment center.

These dates are when your order ships, not when it arrives. We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date or holiday.

Our products travel a long way to reach you, and timing can shift with production, customs, and freight. If we learn that your order will not ship by December 15, 2026, here is what happens.

• We will email you. The email will give you a new ship date and a simple way to cancel for a full refund.
• Short delays. If the new date is 30 days or less after December 15, 2026, we will keep your order in place unless you ask us to cancel.
• Longer delays. If the new date is more than 30 days later, or we cannot give you a date, we will cancel your order and refund you unless you tell us you would like to wait.
• Your choice stays open. Even if you agree to wait, you can still cancel any time before your order ships.

• Cancelling. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email clientcare@gawleymd.com with your order number.
• Changing your address. You may update your shipping address until your order is released to our fulfillment center. Email clientcare@gawleymd.com as early as you can. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
• Changing your items. We cannot add, remove, or swap items in an order once it is placed. To change what you ordered, cancel the order and place a new one, subject to availability at that time.
• Refunds. Refunds go to your original payment method. We issue them promptly, and within 7 business days of your cancellation. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

The First Release is a limited quantity. Placing an item in your bag does not reserve it. Your pre-order is secured when checkout is complete and you receive your order confirmation.

When the First Release sells out, pre-orders close and a waitlist opens. Joining the waitlist is free and takes no payment. It does not reserve a product or guarantee a price. We will contact waitlist members when products are available again.

In the unlikely event that we accept more pre-orders than we can fill, we will refund the affected orders in full and let those customers know right away.

We may send Offer Codes to selected customers. If you have one, enter it before checkout.

• Offer Codes are personal. They are for the person who received them and may not be shared, posted, sold, or transferred.
• One per order. Only one Offer Code may be used on an order. Offer Codes cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotion.
• Offers vary. Different Offer Codes may carry different terms. The terms sent with your code are the ones that apply to you.
• Timing. Offer Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed. They expire on the date stated with the code or when the First Release sells out, whichever comes first.
• No cash value. Offer Codes have no cash value. If you return an item bought with an Offer Code, your refund is the amount you paid.

We may cancel an Offer Code, or an order placed with one, if the code was shared, obtained improperly, or used in a way that breaks these terms.

• Cost. Standard shipping is free on every First Release pre-order.
• Where we ship. We ship to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to US territories, military addresses, freight forwarders, or international addresses.
• Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email.
• Your address. Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
• Lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email clientcare@gawleymd.com within 30 days of the ship date and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Pre-orders have the same return policy as every GawleyMD order. You may return any product within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened, for a refund of the price you paid. You are responsible for return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover everything.

GawleyMD products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Final packaging may differ slightly from the images shown during the pre-order period. The ingredient list on the product you receive is the one that applies.

We may update these Pre-Order Terms, but changes will not reduce your rights on an order you have already placed.
