Each formula pairs physician-selected ingredients with refined textures for visible, lasting-looking results, without irritation or complexity.

Dr. Gawley is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with more than 20 years in practice. He is the founder of MD Plastic Surgery and MDskin Lounge. He selected the ingredients behind GawleyMD™ and guided every formula with our laboratory partner in France.

No. GawleyMD™ is a separate skincare company. Our products are cosmetics, sold directly to you. Buying from us does not make you a patient, and nothing on this site is medical advice. For questions about your own skin or health, speak with your physician.

In France. Our formulas are developed and produced with a French laboratory partner, then shipped to our fulfillment center in the United States.

Three. GXP™ Face Serum, GXP™ Dermal Defense Cream, and GXP™ Eye Serum. Gentle Cleanser, Renewal Polish, and AWAKEN Eye Patches do not contain GXP™. They are built on the same Dermal Intelligence™ philosophy to prepare and complement the skin.

The exosomes in GXP™ are derived from Centella Asiatica, a botanical long valued in skincare. They are plant-sourced. They are not human-derived and not animal-derived.

It depends on the formula. GXP™ Face Serum features Copper Tripeptide-1 and Hexapeptide-9. GXP™ Eye Serum features Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Pentapeptide-18, Dipeptide-2, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, and Hexapeptide-9. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.

Every formula has completed safety and stability assessment and Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing, a standard test for skin tolerance. We do not claim clinical results that we have not measured. When we publish data, it will be our own, and we will show how it was gathered.

No. GawleyMD™ products are cosmetics. They are designed to improve how skin looks and feels. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The line is designed for adult skin of all types. Textures are refined and layer easily. If your skin is reactive, see the patch test guidance in Section 5.

Yes. Skin health has no gender. The routine is short by design.

It depends on how you use it. Used as directed, most customers can expect a full-size serum or cream to last roughly two to three months. We will share more precise guidance as our customers do.

• Morning. Gentle Cleanser. GXP™ Face Serum. GXP™ Eye Serum. GXP™ Dermal Defense Cream. Then a broad-spectrum sunscreen of your choice.
• Evening. Gentle Cleanser. GXP™ Face Serum. GXP™ Eye Serum. GXP™ Dermal Defense Cream.
• Once or twice a week. Renewal Polish, after cleansing.
• When your eyes need it. AWAKEN Eye Patches, on clean skin, before your eye serum.

Apply to damp skin morning and evening. Lather, rinse, and pat dry.

Once or twice a week. Massage lightly in circles onto dry or damp skin, avoiding the eye area, then rinse thoroughly. Less is more. If your skin feels sensitive, use it once a week.

With clean hands, use the spatula to place one patch under each eye on clean, dry skin. Leave on for about 15 minutes. Remove and gently press in what remains. Each patch is for single use.

Yes. Every morning. GawleyMD™ products do not contain sunscreen. Daily sun protection is the single most important habit for skin that looks healthy over time, and it matters even more when you exfoliate.

GawleyMD™ is designed to sit comfortably in a considered routine. Introduce one new product at a time. On the evenings you use Renewal Polish, skip other exfoliants and retinoids. If you use a prescription product, ask your prescriber how to combine it with any new skincare.

Hydration and smoothness are felt right away. The look of firmness, tone, and radiance builds with steady use. Everyone's skin is different, so we will not promise a number of days. Give your ritual consistent mornings and evenings.

Cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Keep caps closed. AWAKEN Eye Patches may be kept in the refrigerator for a cooler feel.

On every product page and on every package. We list every ingredient, in full, by its standard INCI name.

No. GawleyMD™ products are not tested on animals.

The entire line is formulated without parabens. Gentle Cleanser is sulfate free.

We do not make a vegan claim for the line. GXP™ Dermal Defense Cream contains hydrolyzed pearl. If this matters to you, please review the ingredient list for each product.

Yes, most do. Gentle Cleanser, Renewal Polish, GXP™ Face Serum, GXP™ Dermal Defense Cream, and AWAKEN Eye Patches are lightly scented. GXP™ Eye Serum is formulated without added fragrance. Fragrance components are listed individually on each ingredient list.

GXP™ Face Serum, GXP™ Eye Serum, and AWAKEN Eye Patches contain organic oat kernel extract. We do not claim that any product is gluten free. If you have an allergy, review the ingredient list and speak with your physician.

Our formulas are built for comfort, and each has completed repeat insult patch testing for skin tolerance. Skin is individual, so we recommend a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear and wait 24 hours. If redness or irritation appears, do not use the product.

GawleyMD™ products are cosmetics for everyday use. After any procedure, follow your provider's aftercare instructions and ask them when to resume your regular skincare.

Please ask your physician before starting any new skincare while pregnant or nursing. Our full ingredient lists are available to share with them.

Stop using the product and rinse the area with water. If the reaction is serious or does not settle, contact a physician. Then tell us at clientcare@gawleymd.com, with the product name and the lot number printed on the package. We take every report seriously and we log each one.

Unopened, our products have a shelf life of up to 36 months from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is printed on the package. Follow the period-after-opening guidance on your package.

Cosmetics are not approved by the FDA before they are sold, and no honest cosmetic brand will tell you otherwise. What the law does require, we do. Under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act, our manufacturing facility is registered, our products are listed with the FDA, the safety of each formula is substantiated, and we maintain a process for receiving and reporting adverse events.

We are gathering full materials data from our suppliers before we say anything about sustainability. We would rather tell you nothing than tell you something we cannot document. We will update this answer when we can.

The First Release is the first production run of GawleyMD™. It is a limited quantity, offered by pre-order.

The First Release is expected to ship between November 15 and December 5, 2026, and no later than December 15, 2026. You will receive tracking by email when your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping is free on every First Release pre-order.

We will email you with a new date and give you the choice to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. You can update your shipping address until your order is released to our fulfillment center. We cannot swap items within an order. To change what you ordered, cancel and place a new order.

Pre-orders close and a waitlist opens. Joining is free. We will write to waitlist members first when products are available again.

Enter it before checkout. Offer Codes are personal to the person who received them. One code per order. They cannot be combined or applied after an order is placed.

If you are not satisfied, you may return any product within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened, for a refund of the price you paid. You are responsible for return shipping.

Tell us within 30 days at clientcare@gawleymd.com. We will replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you. A photo helps us resolve it quickly.
